Pennyroyal is made with the "Fantastic 5" (Tea Tree Oil, Neem Oil, Cedar Oil, Eucalytus Oil and d'Limonene). Pennyroyal is safe to use on flea and tick bites and is ph balanced, natural and biodegradable.
